Confirm Planaria?

I ordered some items online (would definitely recommend seller if your interested in scuds let me know) and I got some stragglers including pond sails mosquito larva and the guys below, I just want to confirm they are planaria?

They look like the leeches I get in my live worms. If they are the fish won't touch them
