i have 4 cories in my 55 gallon now and am putting one more, they area ll same species and the 4 now are schooling just fine but they always jump around when i go near the tank, is this normal? soon they will have more places to hide but now its pretty much open. also i feed them algae wafers now but what else do they eat? if i put a zuc in there for thew future clown loach will they eat it?

Cories will eat veggies if given the chance they also eat flake food, wafers and just about anything else. They are jumpy since there are so few of them and so little places to hide.

Shrimp pellets, frozen bloodworms, brine shrimp, etc. They are omnivorous, so they shouldn't be just fed on algae and veggies.

A balanced diet is best. Some vegies here, algae wafers there, frozen brine shrimp/bloodworms here, flake food there. A little of everything is good. Just don't overfeed.
