Do plecos make noise??

Mine was swimming around and bumped his head up by the hood and I swear he wimpered.

That's a new one. I've never heard my plecos make noise, but I know my loaches do.

I've heard loaches and stripped raphaels shreak, but can't say I've heard pleco's make a noise.

I have heard my Dwarf Bristlenose Plecos make a kind of croaking sound, especially when I have had to prod them out of there hiding places in there piece of driftwood, when I want to take it out of the tank.

Well catfish croak when they are out of the water, and he had just banged his head.

That's a new one on me. Mine has made a slamming noise (glass tops) and a splashing noise (without glasstops)

my salmon cats used to grunt at me too.... really loud. it's like youve hurt them or somthing. Its freaky!

My pleco will make suck-click noises when I've netted him. Heh heh I guess it's his way of letting me know, "I do not like this one bit, now put me back before I'm forced to Sluuuurrrrrrrrp-ClicK you to death." LOL gotta love my Pleco

I havn't heard my peco make sounds. But man o man my Bala shark talks to me just like a dolphine. I love it when they do the sounds. You can hear them for 20 feet away. They will will talk to me when I have blood worms fom along way off they see me and start talking waitting for the blood worms.

I just recently heard my loach sort of click when he is sticking his head out of the water to clean the side of the tank. He's got issues.
