Fat guppy

I have a extremely fat male guppy. I went two days without feeding and he never got skinnier. Is he bloated? Would peas help?

Peas may help if he is constipated, you could try feeding him nothing but peas a few days before a water change. Every fish will eat them and poop all over the place in excess.
