First water change!..?

Hey I did my first water change. Today and my tank has been up 7 days did I do a water change to quick ? Tested levels after change ..amonia about .15. N03 10. N02 0. PH. 6.0 kh .20 and gh. 60 . So am I good ? Or do I need to do something please help thanks
