I have a Fluval XF5 canister filter and need a flow meter to help me keep track of how it is performing, since it is such a chore to drain it and disassemble it. I practically have to take a bath to even reach to the back of this tank, perched on a stool, to feel by hand the outflow and judge if it is reduced, and even then I'm not sure about the flow rate.

All of the flow meters I have found measure up to 500 gph. This filter is rated at 925 gph, and I KNOW that it is not moving that kind of water once it is full of media and running on my tank, but hopefully it is more than 500 gph.

Is there such a thing as a flow meter rated for higher than 500 gph?
