Fluval Edge 2 12 tank?

I want to have a nice Planted community tank,
The fluval 12 gal tank is so eye catching and as an artist the clean design gives the tank even more appeal so that's why i am very interested in it.
I want to have good variety of fish and would love to add shrimp or crabs.

What do you think of the tank?
So any guidance on Plants and marine life is great!
Any tips?

They are nice looking tanks. Have you looked at Celestial Pearl Danios or Harlequin Rasboras? They are pretty fish that I believe stay small. You could also do an inverts only tank, there are many kinds of different colored shrimp out there.

Those tanks are so pretty. The celestial pearl danios and harlequin rasboras are really pretty. There are many different kinds of shrimp. All different colors! I'd try to stay away from crabs. I believe most, if not all, freshwater crabs have to have a dry place to come out of the water. They make underwater crab habitats but to me they are an eyesore.
