Freshwater: what fish is this?

[Fish Starter]

Like the title says what fish is this?

• It has a body shape and design of a Cichlid
• How ever schools with its own kind
• Not aggressive or territorial
• Does well with my Mayan Cichlid
• no specific swimming level
• About half a inch to an inch big at the moment

Well its top and bottom fins reach back to its tail almost

Tilapia get to a fair size.. I see them live in Asian store tanks often. They'll soon outgrow your tank.

I'm pretty sure u need a big pond tub thing.

5 tilapia grown full size are going to need a much, much bigger tank. Might just want to find someone who will take them off your hands. People raise these guys to eat in aquaponic set ups.. in enormous ponds or tubs.
