goby help

i just bought a goby, the lfs label it as Blue Spotted Neon Goby or Blue neon Spotted Goby one of those name. but i cant seem to find any info on it.
i wanna find out if its a FW/BW fish or just a FW fish.

Well google says the species might be Stiphodon atropurpureus. I found some sites saying it's BW and some not, so it might be both. Probably BW since it's a goby.
