My male guppy has been laying in the gravel since this morning , and I have no idea what's wrong

This one is different than your pregnant female guppy so your entire tank is infected with whatever is going on. If it's not ammonia, nitrite, high nitrate, or a pH swing

I would dose the whole tank for internal parasites.

Agreed, Paraguard (by Seachem) has worked best for me.
