Hey I have been cycling my tank and I have hit a wall. My ammonia is at 0 but nitrites are5+ and nitrates around10. I don't have any access to ace ammonia. So I have been giving a pinch of flakes each day. My readings have been like this for over a week.

What is your PH? If it has dipped below 6.5, you will need to do a water change. A very low ph will affect the nitrifying bacteria.

The nitrifying bacteria that converts nitrite to nitrate takes much longer to multiply than the bacteria that converts ammonia to nitrite. Continue cycling the tank and it'll all work out.
