Honeymoon

I recently left on my honeymoon which was great.
But when I return to my tank it was filled with algae, cause by me over feeding the fish with a timed feeder. Can anyone give me some advice on a better feeder?

The best feeder is just to not feed them if its only going to be a week or two. Other than that having a friend or family member come over to feed every few days would be best.
