How long should i leave my co2 on?

So i made a co2 system off of youtube and was wondering how long i should leave it on during the day.

Is it DIY or Pressurized? Pressurized usually goes on an hour before lights come on and goes off an hour before lights turn off. If it's DIY they run 24/7 as you can't turn them off.

Its DIY i have an airstone running all day long should i get a 2nd one to combat the Co2 at night?

No you need to turn the airstone off during the day as it's causing your CO2 to gass off. Turn it on at night to do that.
