Ok y'all I need some advice. I have a tetra glofish in my tank and he is a freaking bully. He even goes after my snails. Us there any way to settle him down without add more tetras.

Not really, what are the specs of the tank? (Size, stocking, parameters) you could add more plants and hiding places to divert the bully's view of the other fish.

I'm fully stocked I've had some issues with my parameters but getting it under control. I just added some wisterias and have a couple of plastic plants in there to. I'm not sure what to do I might just have to remove him but don't have anywhere to put him.

Like what is the exact stock and what is the size tank a these fish are in?

It's a 5 gallon and I have 3 fancy guppies and one tetra, 3 snails

He's probably chasing their colorful tails. I would say upgrade to a 10 gallon or so and give him some buddies, but it sounds like you don't want to do that. What type of tetra is it?

Get more tetras..but you don't have space in a 5. Or get a bigger tank and up with schools.

Or rehome it.
