is my 29 gallon tank overstocked??!

I have 25 fish. 6 glowlight tetras, 8 neon tetras, 5 ember tetras , 5 fancy guppys, 1 otocinclus catfish, 4 red cherry shrimp (I kno people say otocinclus need to be in groups but the little guy has been doing great for about almost 3 months eating away with a big belly. Plus if I did get more I don't think ther would be enough algae or food for all) Anyways I need to know if my tank is badly overstocked. Ther all small fish so I didnt think it would be all that bad hopefully. I do want to get more red cherry shrimp or more otocinclus catfish if i could! ;(
