is one of my red wag's pregnant?

I have two red wag platies, but one of them looks to have bulges on each side. Is there another explanation for that other than pregnancy? Is there any illness that causes this? It is smaller than the other red wag and smaller fins as well from what i can tell. I tried to take a photo, but the platies hide everytime someone steps up to the tank.

Platys are live bearers so they get pregnant and have babies pretty easily. Anyone who could help with if it was an illness would need more details about your tank and maybe pics to help determine.
