Is this fish pregnant?

I've only had this zebra danio for 2 weeks. She's chases the other zebra danios non stop. Sorry for the terrible picture. Best out of the 137 pics I tried to take of her. You can kinda see the tummy in the middle

I'm sorry I really can't tell by the pic. She might be carrying eggs or if her scales are puffed out like a pinecone then she might have dropsy.

Is there a way to make her slow down? I'll try putting my fingers above the water
