Limewood air stones!

Hello,

I have seen these limewood air stones and i was wondering if i can use them as normal air stones? I have seen people doing skimmer out of them so just though is it ok to use these as air stones.

Thanks,

Rhodri

No point in using them. They break down rather quickly, clog up easily, and are more expensive than regular air stones. They may also cause issues with micro bubbles in your tank.
