Mixture of sand and gravel?

Is there anyrhing out there or does anyone have any ideas on how to make a like a decorative barrier picture a stone or brick wall in a garden holding back mulch.

Like a retaining wall for an aquarium?

Foster and smith has some! Little brick looking barriers to make levels.
