Now this is going to sound ridiculous - but is it possible that I caught my two honey dwarf gouramis, um... mating yesterday? They were kind of curling around each other and one looked almost like it was gonna just die. Literally, it was fighting going belly up and they were sinking to the bottom of the tank. They kind of resembled bettas when they mate.
I have no idea if they are male / female, don't even know how to tell...
Anyway, I'm not doing anythng special here to prepare for the arrival of little fishies - I'm assuming if any eggs got released, they will soon become snacks for either the gouramis, rummies, herlequins or black tetras?
Funny, because the larger of the two gouramis is always hiding in the plants...
