once i make the swtich-a-roo with my 10 gal RCS tank the an empty cycled 75 gal, my 10 will be empty. how many neon tetra's can safely fit in a ten gal with great filtration, and only a few small/med decorations?

If they are the only fish in the tank I would say 10.
