Some people say yes, some say no. What do you guys think about stocking a 60 gallon with 1 Oscar and 2 Convicts if they are all put in as juveniles?

No, one Oscar should have a 75 all to itself. 2 cons would be fine

Agreed.
And even with 2 cons alone in a 60 your going to have problems if they breed, because they won't stop making little cons.
