pengquin 330 filter ?

I have 2- pengquin 330 filters on my 75 gallon tank that is being setup, my question is what do you guys suggest on running in the filter media baskets on these filters? This is being setup as a community freshwater tank.

Bio sponge, nylon floss, and porous ceramic rings all make good media for the biological component. As for mechanical/chemical that's more your preference. Most of the time a sponge or some sort of filter pad will be all you need.

Carbon provides "chemical filtering", but is expensive and isn't necessary unless you want to remove some sort of medication from the water or something.
