Exclamation Should I skip quarantine? HELP

I just got 3 otos for my 15g, as well as 3 amanos. It currently has 3 ADFs (African Dwarf Frogs). I drip acclimated the amanos and put them in, which I read was fine, but nobody has given me a clear answer on whether these otos need to be in QT tank. Currently they are in a small temp. fish holder with a mini sponge filter and an algae wafer they aren't eating. I blanched some zucchini but so far none of them care lol.

They keep switching between being chill and just staying sucking on one place and frantically swimming up and down the walls.

Is this QT necessary? I'm worried I've stressed them too much since my attempt at drip acclimating failed and all the water rushed into their small QT tank. Any care tips and opinions about this are welcome!

NOTE: I don't have any other fish in my tank, only ADFs and shrimp, could any of the diseases an oto might have even transfer to them?

Should I skip quarantine? HELP

Generally I’ll QT depending on fish store and time of year I buy (start of summer seems problematic). So far it’s worked

I’d of thought risk of disease / parasites jumping species might be lower compared to problems from treating display tanks with meds (having had fish that looked otherwise healthy being unable to cope with the meds). My two cents
