shrimp safe mates

appreciate it if anyone can advice if the following fishes are safe for my shrimps

1) otto (im pretty sure they are from research)
2) siamese algae eaters (SAE)
3) neon tetra
4) guppy

Ottos-yes
Sae- not sure sorry
Neons and guppies- these should be good with shrimp.remember though, All fish are opertunstic feeders. they may not eat a shrimp whole but may pick at it till it dies. Just provide lots of cover for the shrimp and keep other tank mates well fed.
