I got 3 catfish in a 10 gallon tank, what would be an idea tankmate? I only want to add at most 3 more fish.

You could try a betta, I've heard that people often find their betta schooling with their cory's, what kind of cory's are they?

Cory's are known for their peacefulness. And since they're bottom dwellers, I'd say get some mid-top tank swimmers. :)

I think u could up your school of tetras to five and maybe add 5 smaller tetras. I know u only wanted 3 more fish but I think ur tank could handle that.

5 tetras is a good idea. I had 2 guppies with 5 tetras and it was pretty cool. I would just watch your water parameters because when i had them in my 10 gallon I would do about a 50% water change a week because the nitrates went up pretty quick. I also had a bamboo shrimp and 3 snails with them so that added to the problem.

But that stuff aside, a school of tetras is pretty neat.
