What schooling fish?

I'm still looking for a good schooling fish for my 55 gallon aquarium. I don't really want neons and rummys like soft water. I want something with a similar body shape and tight schooler I kinda liked bloodfin tetra but they seem a little boring. I'm very open for suggestions. Thanks

I am personally biased toward zebra danios. They are small, active, and hardy. They are generally viewed as beginner fish, but they are great for anyone.

An awesome schooling fish is harlequin rasboras.

I'm going to make a list of all of them and look at them when I'm at the pet store. I like looking at them in person rather than in pictures better.
