Just discovered R/O water at my local Wal-mart, it's the green label bottle marked " Drinking water" At 58 cents a gallon it is a bargain for anyone who does not have an R/O system yet. :)

Try the refill machine outside of your local grocery store. .25 a gallon

what is a refill machine?? no such thing in N.Y. sounds like a great price though.

Some stores have an RO water dispenser that will sell you water into your own container by the gallon. I haven't seen any of them around here in Ga either, but I haven't really been looking either.

I get mine from work... for free.

I work in a chemical research laboratory where we have RO/Distilled water aplenty. I just take a couple milk jugs to and from work every day. :D

ebay has under the sink set ups for about $100-$150. they make up to 75 gallons a day and are a great long term investment because you could also use it for drinking water.
