Homemade or store bought?

What do you feed your fish?
I'm curious as to what everyone feeds their different kinds of fish. I've read on some boards where they purchase just store bought food for their fish while others will mix up their own food for their fish. I think it would be interesting to see all the different types of food being fed to everyone's fish.

I make my own food, I include fresh seafood (fish, shrimp, scallops, clams...) nori, cod oil and tank water. Mix it all up in a food processor, freeze in quart size freezer bags. Yumm!!!!

What is the theory behind the cod oil?

I beleve it is a source of HUFA. Guy recommended it to me.

Homemade all the way...don't see how people can afford the store bought stuff.
Pretty much the same recipe as above, but no nori, no water.

Similar recipe. I didn't have any nori this time around so I threw in a handful fo caulerpa. I also use a packet of geletin to hold it together. Works for me.

Thanks for all the interesting recipes, tried doing the poll as Reefrunner suggested, but looks like someone else posted another post and beat us to it. Oh well.
