How to frag gsp

Does anyone know how to frag green star polyps i am not ready to yet but I am being proactive and I am have tried to look for a good video but I could not find one please help.

Get something like a butter knife and slip it under the mat. Peel it back and tear off as much as you want, then glue it to a frag plug or rock (polyp side up!).

How much easier do you need? If you can figure an easier way, go for it.

If you'd like, you can use a razor to make a cut-line to peel back to, or just tear off a chunk...... either way works.
