Coral, zoas, mushrooms, anemones?? What would be best for a beginner?

Definitely NOT anemones. What will survive in your tank depends on the lighting. What do you have for lighting?
Good starter ones are mushrooms and zoas, ricordias, Xenia. Other ones that have higher lighting needs would depend on your lighting.
