Cloudy Tank!

I have had my tank for 4 months. 55 gallon planted tank, freshwater, 2 gouramis, 2 shark fish, 1 loach, 1 red wag and 14 red wag fry. Water is slightly cloudy. Do weekly WC. Test weekly, all test are consistent and normal. Have CFL lighting system. Have reduced time light is on.

What color is the cloudiness? Has it always been cloudy or just now?

Whitish cloudiness. Been that way for a week and a half.

Sounds like a bacterial bloom. What dechlorinator do you use when you do your water changes?

I believe it Aqua clear. I just bought Stree coat.
