To anyone who's wondering or want to know more about aquarium cycling, I kept fish for 10+ years and if you equalise the live plants and other aquarium species that help to break down aquarium waste you won't have to ever worry about cycling your tank. Because the tank will maintain its self in my case I let water evaporate roughly 20% each week and I top up staircase got from the tap, as the tap water will resupply the aquarium with minerals and chlorine will reduce bacteria so that new can be born. I don't find problem with fresh water fish, but in my communal I have to add 4% RO water as I have few Holland ramz
