Hey guys, got a question about types of food. I'm feeding them flake food from the LFS that they were eating before, I'm not even sure the brand. Any recommendations on food that promotes healthy fish and also brings out the color?

What type of fish? I like New Life Spectrum.... they have a variety of pellet sizes and various formulas. My fish always liked it and it's a pretty good high quality food. Some fish stores carry it or you can get it online at BigAl's or Foster's and Smith. Ken's fish also has some good choices.

I have a red tail shark, yellow lab, electric blue, and another cichlid that came from a mixed tank, I believe it a kenyi. It looks as though I will e having to trade some of these fish as they are not suitable for my tank nor living with each other.
