I have a 10 gallon freshwater tank. A few blue neons, and untill recently I had just one gold inca snail, around an inch in diameter. Yesterday my snail escaped out of the back of the tank and I later found it sitting on the counter. Thankfully it lived when I returned it to the tank, and thought I would get another snail. Now the problem is that the larger gold inca, attaches itself to the new snail, roughly a half inch in diameter. Now will the larger snail eat the other? any help would be apprecited, and thank you for your time.

ah okay, thanks for the help. I appreciate it

Sometimes they just like riding eachother, but it could also be that they are trying to mate.
