need some help

i just recently got two female guppies and one mickey mouse platy. they were doing perfectly fine. but recently one of my female guppy is not eating and looks like a bloated stomach. I read online that this could mean she is pregnant, but her gravid spot doesnt seem to be blacker or bigger. Should i wait a couple more days or do you think my fish is sick. help please, i am new and this is the first time for fishes as my last attempt didnt go well.

I have a 10 gallon tank.

Hi Spencer.

Did you cycle the aquarium before adding fish? What are your water parameters? (Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, temperature, pH). How long has the tank been setup and running? How long have you had your fish?

I had the tank running with a fishless cycle for like 3 weeks. and then i added the fish. its been a week

It sounds to me like you did not actually cycle the tank. How about your water parameters, as I mentioned above?
