Bubble tip anemone

I have a anemone that my 2 clown fish have hosted and ever since the anemone spends most of its time dormant I'm new to this could the clowns be hurting it.

Define...'dormant'. Is it retracted and not extending the tentacles or just not moving around?

Is the anemone new to the system? Has anything else in the system change? How big is the anemone? Clownfish?

The anemone is 6" when extended and the clowns are 1 1/2 inches The tank was moved 3 weeks ago and the sump was upgraded last week. when the tank was moved the clowns where not hosting the anemone
