Could use some info whats wrong with my fish. It start out as small white patches now has spread and middle part of fin is gone. Please can someone help me identify what's wrong.

white patches like grains of salt would be ich
peteducation/saltwaterich

not being treated it progressed to velvet

from the looks of the poor guy it don't look like he will make it

It's not ich no grain like spots. The fish has list alot of it's coloring. Top fin looks bad like it's disappearing.

Tank has been up & running now for 6wks. Water parameters are in check. Did water change 20% also.

Look into Brooklynella [clownfish/damsel disease].
