need help with bubble tip

i have two bubbles in my 75g. one is getting bigger while the other one is gettin smaller. dont think its dieing because its been the same size for about 3 weeks. i recently moved it from my 30g to my 75. ever since then its been acting funny. it lost its tentacles but keeps puffing up and slowly moving around tank.should i put it back in 30g or leave it alone till it starts to melt.

im not anemone pro but id say that if it is leveling out so to speak, as in not getting worse..and still moving around, id leave it in there at least until it showed signs of further regression....it is probably stressed and if you move it back youll probably stress it more and then it will probably die but id do some research on anemone care/rehab most def.
