This coral recently got moved back into this tank so I know the lighting is ok for it.

Just looks really sick compared to how it was in here originally (and how it was in its other home since then).

I drip acclimated it over about 1.5 hours on Monday so abit stumped on what it could be

Though drip acclimated, the cyano you can see in the sandbed points to issues with parameters in the tank. This might be why your coral are upset. They could also not like the place they are in, such as the flow they are currently under.

loose the cayno and the phosphates it will perk up , lots of water changes suck out cayno as you suck out water
you also need to find the source feeding it ,could be over feeding bad lighting ect
that flower leather is not happy they are a good indicator water quality is poor as you can see
once you get things back in control and your water quality improves it will perk back up
