Have a torch coral frag that slowly just started to go in water perimeters are all good feed regular? Changing the lights maybe too bright?

Jacob, you are going to have to post clearer information. I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you saying it's closing up?
What parameters are all good and what exactly are they?
Where is it placed and what lighting are you using, and what size tank is this?
What power heads are you using, and where is the coral placed in relation to them?
