Adolfo corys help

My adolfo corys are sick...they got pop eye any suggestions?

0 ppm Ammonia
0 ppm Nitrite
10 ppm Natrate

You're pH is high for Adolf Cory's. Usually should be around 7-7,3 for comfortable. Shouldn't exceed 7.8.
