Albino Tiger Oscar with Popeye disease??

Good afternoon!


I just noticed one of my Oscar’s eyes looks a bit swollen. I made a water change in the weekend, gave him new air stones, etc. btw, that wart in his other eye has been always there, since he was little.

I’m not sure if he had this last Saturday (maybe I didn’t notice).

Any help and guidance is very appreciated.
