Water parameters all spot on.
Today I’ve noticed one of my little angelfish with a massively swollen belly, it’s still eating and swimming around, seems to be happy enough but it’s belly is huge, one of our other angelfish passed this morning due to diagnosed hith which we are currently on day 2 of treating the tank (three day course) with heximita treatment.
Could this treatment be causing the swollen belly? We were advised to treat the whole tank as it’s parasitic, and we’re told treating the whole tank wouldn’t be an issue in case they also had it but weren’t yet showing symptoms.

Thank you so much for any advice.

You can try feeding canned, preferably no salt peas, the inside mush type parts, not the shell of the circle Pea. You can steam/cook your own from fresh or frozen as well.

A squeeze of garlic juice onto the food can possibly help with appetite.

With hold food for a day then slowly feed the inside parts of the peas, as the fish eat them add more - remove uneaten food after a couple hours.

What is the pH? Do you know the TDS? GH / KH?
