Guppy bruised?

Hey all today I saw my yellow guppy has a red bruise on her. It look pinkish and it's inside her body..above the stomach. and also her fins look moldy and torn can anyone help?

What are your water parameters? What is your water changing schedule? Does she have other tank mates? When did you get her?
