Hey guys, haven't been on the forum in a while but I've run into a situation where I could use some advise. My earth eater cichlid injured his fin about 8 months ago. It was a small cut on his fin and healed fairly quickly in about a week. Now its been a while since that injury but area where the cut was is now swollen and appears to be filled with pus and has little white and red specks on it. Any advice on a medication or treatment would be greatly appreciated! No other fish in the tank appear to be sick. The cichlid also seems healthy and is acting normally save for the discomfort he is showing with that fin. I'll try to get some pictures up too. Thanks!!
