Is this fish obese?

I've done some research, bit I can't tell if my Siamese Algae Eater is overweight or not. He's very plump, and doesn't really "swim". He sort of "crawls" around the aquarium floor, although he seems pretty quick when he wants to be. Also, he seems to eat much more than any of my other fish. Is this normal

Are u sure it's a he? Could it be carrying eggs?

I think the two options are
1. Has eggs
2. Is really fat

Thank you for the replies. I'm actually not sure of its sex. Also, I don't know much about the sexual nature of these fish, but I haven't had any other algae eaters fir it to mate with (if thats even how it works). I bought it atleast 4 months ago, it was always on the plump side. Its just recently gotten very fat. In either case, is there anything I should do?
