Is this ich or something else?

I have had this guy for about 6 weeks now and been watching closely this spot on his fin for the last week or so and with no changes in it but it is not going away?
I am going to setup a 20 gallon tank to quarantine him in but not sure how to treat being as I am not sure what it is.
No other fish in the tank have any spots and it doesn't seem to be bothering him.
90 gal tank PH close to 7.8 ammonia near 0 nitrate 0 and nitrite 0
Fluval 405 canister filter
Any advice appreciated!

I know the quality of the picture is not good but the best I could get with him darting all over and my tank being scratched up too.
Any advice is appreciated.

That's an egg spot. Its normal on cichlids. Its to fool the female as she is picking up eggs so the male can fertilize the eggs while she is holding them in her mouth. Nothing to worry about.
