Is this something I should be worried about? (betta)

I was looking at my female betta and she's got this dark patch of scales and it's raised just slightly and it almost gives the appearance of inverted scales...but it's just in that area near her tail fin.
 
Okie doke lol. The thing is...she doesn't act sick at all, she's very active and eats and every thing! I've see the dark spot before just the scales looked funky to me ._.
 
No it's not dropsy it's just in one little tiny spot.. dorsal & caudal region....it's like between the dorsal and caudal fin. It almost looks like she got bit or scraped against something.
 
don't add the salt to the freshwater.. there is no proof that this actually helps the fish. The better alternative is Melafix...

Every time ive used salt for anything ive had fish losses. Every time i use melafix, it works awesome and no fish losses.
