Hi i have a 29 gallon tank with two angel fish and 7 tetras and Cory cats but I treated my tetras for everything and I still can't get rid of it any ideas on what disease or fungus or parasite this is so I can get rid of it

Kind of hard for me to see but thinking cottonmouth (bacterial).
